WARRANTY
- Full manufacturer's warranty - 24 months Bosch and R&M parts warranty. In addition, R&M offer a 5-year warranty on the frame which can be extended to 10 years by registering the bike online with them within 4 weeks of purchase.
SHIPPING
- EDEMO expert delivery within England and Wales included.
Once you have placed your order we will be in contact within 1 working day to arrange shipping. Our working days are Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. Fatory orders take roughly 4 weeks. Stock bikes are shipped by courier within 48hrs. Expert delivery can take a little longer but we aim to deliver within 7 days.
We are expecting the first customer deliveries of the new UBN Five Commute from November 2024.
